HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
North Memphis CDC owns and provides property management for 45 affordable single family rental units. NMCDC operates these units with revenue from the rental of these properties. NMCDC rental properties are scattered in Shelby, Tipton, and Lauderdale counties.

As part of the Mayors’ Action Plan to End Homelessness, Memphis and Shelby County joined the 100,000 Homes Campaign – a national initiative to prioritise housing for the unsheltered individuals most likely to die on the street without intervention.
