North Memphis Community Development Corporation provides a variety of programs geared towards involving the community we serve. We believe in changing the world one neighborhood at a time. Community development seeks to empower individuals and groups of people by providing them with the skills they need to effect change in their own communities. North Memphis host neighborhood clean ups, health fairs, and informational periodically throughout the year.
North Memphis CDC has been successful in partnering with local residents, community leaders, and participating organizations in assisting with the effort to stop crime by sponsoring National Night Out.

Girls World
Girls World is an organization built for young women, in search of a fulfilling life.
This program was created to be an avenue for girls to learn and grow together. Girls World is sponsored by the North Memphis Community Development Corporation.
National Night Out is a community-police awareness-raising event in the US,held the first Tuesday of August. The event is meant to increase awareness about police programs in communities, such as drug prevention, townwatch, neighborhood watch, and other anti-crime efforts.
